Return policy

In EU, according to the Consumer Protection Act, there is a 14-day right of return for products that have been in the customer's possession for a maximum of 14 days from receiving the order. The returned product must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging. The right of return also does not apply to sealed products, which have been opened or to products that have been used. 

If you want to return or exchange the product within 14 days (from the day the product arrived), domesticly we will charge a customer return cost of 10 €  each. In other European countries, the cost is country-specific and charged according to actual shippingcosts. The fee will also be charged for the uncollected package, or if you have not contacted customer service prior to the return/exchange of the product.

Return:

If you want to return the product, contact our customer service at info@theboardspot.com. Tell us that you want to return the product, after which we will ask you for the order details and our instructions on how to make the return. When we have received the return and checked its condition for sale, we will return the price of the product to you without delay. If the product has been used or the product is no longer in saleable condition due to the customer's actions, the product has no right of return.

Exchange:

If you want to exchange the product, contact our customer service at  info@theboardspot.com. Tell us why and what you want to change and what you want to change it to. We will deliver you a new product as soon as we have received the return and checked its condition for sale.  If the product has been used or the product is no longer in saleable condition due to the customer's actions, the product has no right of exchange. Any difference in price will be charged/refunded upon exchange.

Other conditions and pricing: 

  • Price of domestic customer returns or product exchange is 10 € each
  • Customer returns or exchanges outside Finland will be charged country-specific according to actual shipping costs.
  • If the product is defective or the delivery is incorrect, we are responsible for all postage costs (contact us before sending the product to get information for the return).
  • We do not accept exchanges/returns sent by cash on delivery.
  • Used products do not have the right to return or exchange
