Shipping methods

Delivery methods and costs

When you have made the purchase decision and moved to the checkout, you can choose the delivery method for the purchase.

  • delivery to the nearest general collection point
  • home delivery
  • delivery of wakeboards to wakeparks in Helsinki (free of charge)
  • delivery to other European countries

We use the following transport companies: Posti, Postnord and DB Schenker


Delivery to a general collection point

Select delivery to the pick-up point and fill in the required fields. We will send the order to the general collection point nearest you. If you want us to send the delivery to a place other than the nearest pick-up point, mark the pick-up point in the additional information field.

If it is not possible to send a delivery to the pick-up point closest to you. The shipment is too large for that exact pick-up point and it is automatically directed to the next closest possible pick-up point.

When the shipment has arrived at the pick-up point, you will receive a notification either by text message or email. The notification tells you where you can pick up the delivery and the deadline within which it must be picked up.

Home delivery

Choose home delivery. Fill in the required fields and add the delivery address. Make sure the delivery address is correct.

When the shipment has been handed over to the transport company. The transport company will contact you to arrange a day and time for delivery.

Delivery of wakeboards to wakeparks in Helsinki (free of charge) 

Choose the delivery of wake boards to wakeparks in Helsinki. In the shopping cart,write in the field  "add intructions for seller" or send a message to info@theboardspot.com  in which location you would like the delivery to be made. After that we will call you and make a schedule.
Delivery is free of charge

Domestic delivery time

If the product is in our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days. If the product you want is sold out, please contact us by email and we will check the availability of the product.

 Delivery to other European countries

The countries where products can be ordered are shown in the drop-down menu, in the upper right corner of the front page.

The shipping price is country-specific and will be displayed at checkout once the destination country and address have been added.

The order will be delivered to the nearest public pick-up point or by the carrier in a country-specific manner.
The customer will receive a notification either by SMS, email or phone when the order is available for pick-up or delivery.

Delivery time is 3-7 business work days. 

For international payments, the only payment option is a credit card

Shipments that may have been damaged in transit

When you pick up the shipment or the shipment is delivered to your home.

Immediately check the condition of the package in the presence of the driver/officials. If the package and also the product/products are damaged, you must report the damage to the transport company as soon as possible. After that, contact us at info@theboardspot.com to follow-up procedure.


When you have received the shipment and upon opening it you notice that the product is damaged or the order does not match the information given in the order confirmation, contact us at info@theboardspot.com and we will sort it out. Detailed instructions can be found in the Return policy.
